  • We provide delivery at a small fee within Nairobi depending on location of the delivery address.

  • Delivery, Inspection, and Limitation of Liability (Kenya)

  • The Company engages independent third-party and/or outsourced transport service providers for the delivery of goods.

  • Upon delivery, the Customer is required to be physically present or to designate a responsible and authorized representative to receive the goods.

  • The Customer or such representative shall immediately inspect the goods to confirm that all items ordered have been delivered and that they are in satisfactory condition.

  • Any shortages, incorrect items, or visible damage to the goods must be reported to the Company immediately at the time of delivery and before the delivery personnel leave the premises. Failure to report such issues at the point of delivery shall constitute full acceptance of the goods as delivered.

  • The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the Customer’s personal property or any third-party property occurring during the delivery process.

  • Responsibility for safeguarding personal property at the delivery location rests solely with the Customer.

  • Risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery and acknowledgment thereof. Once delivery has been completed and accepted, the Company shall not be liable for any claims relating to loss, damage, or deterioration of the goods, except where such liability is expressly required under applicable Kenyan law.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
